NORA: FORGET ME NOT
Just as Sam learns that Nora is alive, she begins one of the biggest battles of her life. Feeling backed into a corner, Lindsay decides her only option is to erase Nora's memories of the past few months. A horrified Nora attacks Lindsay- both physically and verbally- about her plan, all but begging Lindsay to stop the madness. Colin overhears Nora's screams for help and runs to her rescue. Too late. Lindsay injects Nora with the memory-erasing drug.
While Colin searches for an antidote, Nora, in a unique dream sequence, struggles to maintain her grasp on her life. "It is an Alice-through the looking glass type of thing," headwriter Megan McTavish explains. "It is very surreal and something a little different that I think the audience will enjoy." The episode shows Nora in a courtroom, on trial, "defending herself and fighting to hang on to her mind, her memories, her children, her life. It is very emotional, and everybody who has touched Nora's life is part of the trial. (Viki is the judge; Nora's friends and loved ones are witnesses.) This episode has got a lot of stuff from Nora's history and a lot of opportunity to see the fabulous actors that we love on the show really act. It should definately be a red letter day for any Nora and Lindsay fan."
Whether the drug works remains to be seen. "The verdict will come in and you may not know what it is right away." McTavish teases. "But Nora's a fighter. She'll never go anywhere gently.
However, she may not have a choice. While Sam hears from Will that Nora is alive and races to help her, events place Nora in even further danger.
THIS WEEK
After a scuffle, Lindsay manages to inject Nora with the memory-erasing drug. Later, Nora has a wild fantasy in which she finds herself on trial. Meanwhile, Colin racnes against the clock to come up with an antidote.
Melanie informs Sam of Lindsay's mental deterioration, and is suspicious of Colin's strange behavoir.
Sam receives a shocking phone call from Will.
Joey and Kelly discuss divorce.
Renee gives Asa an ultinatum.
Hank offers a plea bargain to Jessica and Cristian, who continue to plan their wedding.
Skye arranges for Daniel to be released from jail just as Rae enters his hotel room to search it.
Todd makes a major slip to Will, who plans to leave the country.
Ben and Viki have a romantic reunion.
Blair drops a bombshell on Max
