Re: "Dial" appears in ancient language:
It sounds good, but is most likely merely coincidence. In the end, you would have to ask one of the Angels which is the case and see what He or She says. There is no way to verify any connection. I have been told that the Angels have been granting us little bits and pieces (formulas, really) of Their language for centuries. I mentioned this before: the "Barbarous Names of Invocation". The Bornless Invocation Itself is riddled with words and letters which I have been told are of Angelic influence, as are most of the Grimoires. I was once even hinted that "Lazuli" (of "Lapis Lazuli") was of Angelic origin or at least of Angelic influence. It might mean "blue" in Angelic, or it might indicate the Lapis Lazuli stone- I'm not sure which (if either).
However, I would affirm that the Angelic Language itself has never been a spoken language on this plane of existance. It is a system of vibratory formulas which the Angels use to manipulate the Yetziratic (Astral) plane. The "Message" that any Angel carries is composed of these vibrational patterns- which cause various things to manifest in our realm.
The words are compiled from a book called "Logaeth" (which is Angelic for "Speech of God"). It is a book which contains the Words of Creation which "God" used to fashion the universe. (See the creation story of Genesis I, and the many instances of the phrase "God said...") Various letters are taken from these Divine words by the Angels to "compile" new words, which They then use to cause all things to manifest in reality. In my studies of Angelology, I came upon a nifty little axiom to the effect that: "Every blade of grass has over it an Angel bidding it, "Grow". Thus, the Word(s) that the Angels would be utilizing to make the grass grow would be Angelic- compiled from the proper pages of Liber Logaeth. Same goes for everything that exists.
The Angelic Calls themselves were given to Dee by the Angels- letter by letter- from Liber Logaeth.

There is actually quite a bit to this point that has to be considered. It's been much discussed on Enochian-L, and there seems to be general agreement on the issue (if not perfect agreement).
Basically, you have to keep in mind that Angels don't have lips or lungs or tounges. They communicate through a kind of telepathy (and They don't always use words to convey their messages). This results in two important considerations when working with Angels:
1) When you recieve a message from an Angel, your own mind might be "filling in" some of the words for you. This is especially so if the Angel did not use any words Himself in conveying the message. It's simply you putting words to the impression made upon your mind. When an Angel is speaking words to you, you have to be *extremely* careful to keep your own conscious mind silent- or else it might try to speak over the Angel and cause miscommunication. (Ie- did the Angel just say that, or was it my own mind?).
2) You also have to remember that an Angel is completely limited by the content of your own mind. It can not impress things upon your mind if they are not within your own realm of experience. Basically, an Angel talking to a human is exactly like an adult talking to a child. You can only use words which the child can understand, and there is much that you simply can not hope to properly relate to the child. You have no choice but to come "down to his level" to speak.
The end result of this is that all Angelic communications are a "hybrid" of the Angel and the mind of the mage doing the recieving. This often causes miscommunications and mistakes- but you have to learn to live with it, and *never* be dogmatic over what you hear. It also means that Angels go to great lengths to find people with the right symbolism at their mental-command to recieve what They have to say. This is evident in the Dee diaries, as the Angels state this in regards to Dee and Kelley. I've also experienced evidence of this fact in my own work. (An example: A friend of mine was once granted a vision, but did not really know much about the system. An Angel was present with me at the same time, for the purpose of explaining to me what was "really" being shown in the vision. My friend had the vision, but I was the one with the symbolism in my head to understand what was being seen. She was recieving images that didn't make much sense on their own).
Thus, in the Angelic Language recieved by Dee and Kelley, we have such words as:
-Iad Baltoh (God of Justice): compaired to "Ialdabaoth", the Name of the Gnostic Creator God who was titled "The God of Justice".
-Iehusoz (Mercy): compaired to "Iehus" (Jesus), and the obvious connection to "Mercy".
-Christeos (Let There Be): compaired to "Christ" which the Gnostics called the Logos, the Word of Creation. The first Words of God in Genesis were "Let there be Light!"
-Luciftias (Brightness): compaired to "Lucifer" (Light-bearer).
-Londoh (Kingdom): compaired to "London", England- which was Dee's object of utter patriotism.
-Madrid (Iniquity): compaired to "Madrid", Spain- the country with which England, and thus Dee, was at war.
-Babalon (Harlot): compaired to "Babylon", and especially the Whore of Babylon who was the principal figure of human "debauchery" in the book of Revelation.
The list could go on. This does not mean that these words are incorrect. However, it does show that the words were effected by the contents of Dee's (and Kelley's) mental structures at the time.
