Code Of Conduct:

 

We at Bradford wildcats aim to provide a safe environment for all the children who train and play at the club.

          Their safety and well being is of the up most importance to us, and is our first priority. The club firmly adheres to the football association guidelines on all matters relating to the child protection and all members of management, coaches and assistants are fully certified and police checked to ensure the safety of the children and to ascertain their suitability to supervise children in all capacities.

 

Players Code Of Conduct:

 

  1. To do your very best at all times.
  2. Be respectful to all adults; speak to adults in a polite manner.
  3. No racist remarks or abusive language to be used.
  4. To treat your fellow team mates with respect.
  5. No violent conduct will be tolerated.
  6. Always show respect to your opponents by shaking hands at the end of matches.
  7. Encourage your teammates to their best.
  8. Always show the referee respect.
  9. Always respect your surroundings and other people’s property.
  10. Show good nature to the opposition with three cheers.

 

 

 

 

Managers, Coaches and Assistants Code of Conduct:

 

  1. Put plenty of emphasise on having fun and enjoyment.
  2. Make your players aware of the rules and encourage them to follow them.
  3. Set a good example by being polite and friendly to the opposition and each other.
  4. Give plenty of praise to the children for controlling their anger.
  5. Do not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse.
  6. NEVER use abusive language from the touchlines.
  7. Always respect the referees and linesman’s decision.
  8. Encourage handshaking at the end of every match.

 

 

Parents and Spectators Code of Conduct:

 

1.   Do not try to coach the children.

2.   Do not use abusive language.

3.   Always help any child from either team if you carry an up to date CRB card.

4.   Do not disrespect the referee by shouting comments.

5.   Do not comment on the children’s abilities on the pitch.

6.   Do not abuse the referee or any linesman’s.

7.   Praise the children for their efforts and performance not just on the results.

8.   Try to praise the good points of a child who maybe would otherwise go unnoticed.

9.   Good behaviour should always be praised on and off the pitch, to make a child feel valued.

10. Always help, encourage and support your child and his/her team mates.

11. No parent is allowed on the field of play unless they carry an up to date CRB card.

12. Always respect the opposition and their supporters, by not shouting comments across the pitch.

13. Remember it is boys that are playing the game and not men.

14. Any breach of the code will result in that individual/s being excluded from the games and the said club fined or excluded from the league.
