The purpose of the American Rhododendron Society and the Willamette Chapter, in Salem Oregon serving the mid-Willamette Valley, is the encouragement of the culture of rhododendrons, including azaleas, and the increase of the general understanding of and interest in all aspects of these plants.  The Chapter activities include monthly meetings (except during the summer), a spring public display of rhododendron trusses, lectures regarding rhododendrons, other plants  and associated subjects, study group meetings, publication of a newsletter and tours.

 

SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP OFFERS THE FOLLOWING BENEFITS:
