The Produnova

In the womens code of points skill #2.407 on the Uneven Bars is the "Produnova." It was first performed at the 1997 World Championships and is a D skill. It can be described as a hang on HB-uprise backward and clear hip circle to handstsnd with 1/2 (180 degree) turn in handstand phase to L or mixed L grip.

Also there is a Produnova on beam which she did at the 1995 WOrld Championships. Skill# 8.506 -- Balance Beam Jump Foward with ½ twist (180º) – salto back piked. --- E

And now there's a Produnova vault which was debuted at the 1999 World Championships. It is a handspring entry vault with a double front in the tucked position. SV-10.0
