Abiding In The Word

"...if you abide in My word, then you are truly disciples of mine; and you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." (NAS, John 8:31-32)

My name is Frank J. Gallagher from Philadelphia, PA, and welcome to the Abiding In The Word home page. Whether you are an unbeliever who wants to learn more about Christianity, or a believer who wants to grow in your relationship with God, it is my prayer that this ministry can help you. My goals are:

To share the message of salvation through Jesus Christ with those persons who desire a real personal relationship with God;
To assist Christian believers who are serious students of God's word, to find correct and consistent Bible teachers and study helps (tapes, publications, etc.);
To help other believers find solutions to their Bible-related questions or struggles;
To provide an online means for like-minded believers who have a desire to become better acquainted with each other through e-mail and chat;
To help organize and teach local home-based Bible studies where desired;
To be available for teaching at local ministry activities such as Sunday School classes, retreats, services, and other Christian events;
To pastor or to help start a church in the Northeast Philadelphia area with other believers who are like-minded with the Biblical views of this ministry. As part of this mission, I would also be interested in hosting a weeknight Bible Study. If interested, please email me and share any ideas you may have.

It is not the goal of this ministry to take the place of pastors who faithfully study and correctly preach God's word. It is also not the goal to debate or argue Bible teachings. What I believe is clearly stated in my doctrinal statement, and is the result of thousands of hours of study under pastors who teach the Scriptures from the original languages.

All materials are written by me and are copyrighted. These materials may be freely copied and distributed for the purpose of study and teaching, so long as they are made available to others free of charge, and my copyright is included. These materials may not, in any manner, be sold nor used to solicit "donations" from others, nor may they be included in anything you intend to copyright, sell, or offer for a fee. God the Holy Spirit freely provides this knowledge in grace, and so do I. My copyright is exercised to keep these materials freely available to all.

The Prep school doctrines are designed to prepare our youth with a strong foundation of doctrinal truth, so they can grow in the Grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
