Welcome. My name is Akram
Khan (pronounced "ak-ram kahn") and I am the moderator of the

I am an internist working in private practice in Saint Louis, Missouri. My interests outside of medicine include running, soccer and photography. I live in Saint Louis City with my two goldfish, Freddie (who's actual name is "Feroz" ) and Dylan (who likes to go by "Bob"). What is the key to my success? Is it my good looks?
