LAST UPDATE: 06.06.98... In case you were wondering, this site is heavy on text because Peg is too poor to retire her 66 mHz 486DX2 with the 2400bps modem, and she can't see building a site she can't view! She wants the bells & whistles, but it slows things down too much.

This is a different kind of Michelle Kwan site. (If you don't know who Michelle is, you ought to back out now!) Other Webmasters have taken the time to gather the biographical facts & competative records, as well as collect some nice photos of Michelle in her various programs... not to mention lists of appearances, newletters, weekly surveys, chat rooms, message boards, publication & article information & trivia ... (God willing, links to follow.)

This site will not duplicate that wonderful effort. Instead, I will showcase Michelle in the best-composed shots I can find in several categories. Space restrictions here limit the size of my Network's Gallery, so I will have to keep rotating the selections, as well as adding new images from the current competative season.

Additional Network items will include an Other Skater section & a Skatepaper of the Week pic, which may not always be of Michelle.

So, why a Gallery? Because Michelle has inspired a number of traditional sites, which are so informative that I see no need to compete with them, yet I still wanted to build a web site celebrating the career of the skater I feel is the best currently on the planet, I decided at last to do something different. I come from a family of artists, and I collect samples of nice visual composition in general to use as wallpaper. Since my all-time favorite skater is often in the public eye, I can satisfy my urge to have a web site and be different by creating The All-Kwan Network, to share those nice images with others interested in visual art in general, and Michelle Kwan in particular.

Please note that this is a "Gallery," so the shots are not going to be cropped ruthlessly, since it is the entirety of the shot
