Yet another unconventional site -- for me, at least. The self-proclaimed Kitchen Goddess with an Attitude, who says her best credentials are that she has never poisoned anyone, shows how to make gourmet-style recipes using canned and prepared foods. Her logic being, why follow experts' claims that all-natural is the only acceptible method, when highly trained professionals are responsible for the canned contents and butchers were put upon this earth to keep us from self-inflicted lost limbs.
