Arkansas Appraisal Associates covers the state of Arkansas. We regularly cover the state for commercial appraisals and additionally have performed appraisals in Texas, Mississippi, Missouri and Louisiana. We also cover the state for residential relocation appraisals and for special or unique residential properties beyond the capabilities of typical appraisers.
Turn around
Arkansas Appraisal Associates has a typical turn around of 14 days for commercial properties and 3 to 5 days for residential properties. "Rush" appraisals for both types of properties may be arranged with as little as same day for local residential and one week for local commercial properties.
Our fully digital office allows for electronic transmission of both commercial and residential reports.
Qualifications
Our appraisers have Certified General and Certified Residential designations from the State of Arkansas, with Certified General being the highest designation available. Therefore, our reports can be relied upon to have the highest accuracy, complete confidentiality and exceed both federal and industry standards.
