My name is Patti, and I first heard of the English soccer team, Preston North End, as a result of talking to people online from England.  In 1997, they were not doing well at all, so I began praying for them.  To quote a friend, "They used to be one of the best football teams in the whole of England.   Hopefully, with good guidance from above, North End can regain that status once more."  Personally, I am convinced that they both can, and will!! :-)

        After hearing about PNE and praying for them, I began a search to learn more about them and follow their progress.  The more I have learned about them, the dearer they are to me.  Now, they are in my heart to stay!!
