moved from Virginia to Texas to practice law.2.Frank, born 1799 m. Martha McNutt of Alexandria, La.;about 1825 removed to Brozoria County, TX,removed to Jackson Co.,TX about 1833;died November, 1866,left five children.

Wells, married in the 1700's to Patsy Caroline Flournoy. They had 1 son, Samuel Sykes Wells (abt 1790). He married and had 3 children. Daughters, Martha Wells Wallen,Elizabeth Wells Cross and one son David Sykes Wells. Other records show David Sykes Wells and Sally Mid-Wells,as parents of Samuel Flournoy Wells
