BLUE'S CLUES is a great show for kids to build confidence and self esteem. First of all, it plays the same show for all 5 days of the week. The idea of repitition is a great one because we all know that kids learn best this way. (Wow, what a concept!) The show is centered around Steve, a young man who captures kids attention with his funny way. The whole idea is for Steve and his kid viewers to figure out what Blue (his spunky and sneaky pet dog) wants to do. Steve has 3 clues to search out, which Blue has left for him by placing her paw print on them. Then its time for Steve's Handy Dandy Notebook, in which he draws a picture of each clue for later on in the show to solve the mystery. During his search many different things may happen...like things to teach color identification, matching, sorting or deduction. After all 3 clues have been found it's time to go to his thinking chair and think..think...thiiink. It's wonderful for kids to help Steve figure out what Blue wants to do which helps build problem solving skills. Check out the show, your preschoolers will love it!

Mailbox......Mail time, mail time, mail time. Mailbox delivers letters to Steve. The letters are always from his friends.

Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper and their little Paprika....These cute little friends help Steve to solve riddles, and puzzles.

Tickety....Loves to tell Steve and Blue what time it is....like nap time, play time or bath time.

Shovel and Pail....These are also 2 of Steve and Blue's friends who love to play with Steve and Blue.

The Thinking Chair.... that is used to think in after all the clues are found.

Do you know the words to the Theme Song? That's what is playing ( as if YOU didn't know!) Here they are!   Blue's Clues! BLUE'S CLUES! We've gotta find another pawprint, That's the second clue. We put it in our notebook, 'Cause they're who's clues? Blue's Clues! BLUE'S CLUES! We gotta find the last pawprint. That's the third clue.
