But What If I Don't Have MS Plus?

CREATE-A-THEME-98. Create-a-Theme 98 lets you easily create your own Windows 95 Desktop Themes. The program makes it easy for you to create themes by selecting the sounds, icons, mouse pointers, colors, wallpaper, and a screen saver. It creates a properly formatted .theme file and even helps you create the readme.txt file to help users install your theme. It has been around for a long time already and I've have heard alot of good things about it. I first evaluated this program when it was Create-A-Theme-95! But, it is a shareware program and has some limitations, so if you really want to use it for a long time, you should register it.

Desktop FreeTheme by Klaus Thrane . It is a Freeware program, if you don't have Microsoft Plus for Windows 95, this tool will let you use those cool, kooky, and fun desktop themes you see on Fileworld without having to buy another software package. If you're running Windows 98, you won't need this program.
THEME STUDIO 99. It is a freeware program but hasn't been around as long, so we are still not quite sure about its functionality. But since it is FREE, we really can't complain too much. Lately, I have been using this program on a "test basis." I must admit that what I've seen so far has impressed me. This program is quickly moving up on my pesonal list as the program to create, load, alter and change themes with.
