Pierogi Loaf

5 frozen potato
and cheddar cheese pierogies
1 1/2 lb.
(beef, pork or veal, spices)

Preheat oven to 350. In small saucepan, over hight heat,
thaw frozen pierogies in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain and place close together in the center of a 9-inch
square baking pan.
Prepare a 1 1/2 lb. meat-loaf mixture.
Shape the meat-loaf mixture around the 5 pierogies,
making sure to thoroughly cover them.
* Try to center them in the meat loaf
Bake meat loaf for 50 minutes, uncovered.
