Teriyaki Pita's
1 lb. boneless bef sirlon
1 inch thick, trimmed of fat and cut into stips.
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup teriyakai baste and glaze
4 (6 inch) pita breads, halved
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
8 small lettuce leaves
In small bowl, combine beef strips, garlic powder and 1 tbsp of the teriyaki baste and glaze; mix well.
Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray
Heat over medium high heat until hot. Add beef mixture; cook and stir 4 to 6 minutes or until beef is browned well.
Stir in remaining baste and glaze; cook thoroughly heated.
To serve, fill each pita bread half evenly with tomato slices, lettuce and beef mixture.
* You could be creative and add onions, mushrooms, peppers or what ever else you like.
