HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
(in 4 easy steps!)

STEP #1: SEND YOUR PRELIMINARY INFO FOR A RESERVATION REQUEST

1) Name & email address of Bride
2) Name & email address of Groom
3) When is your wedding date?
4) What song have you chosen for the First Dance?
5) Which location do you prefer-- Times Sq or UWS?
6)
Date & time that you would ideally like to come in for an appointment.
(If you'd like to view my general availability, you can click on Hours of Operation.)
If you would like to book multiple appointments at the same time,
please let me know how many total appts. you are looking for at the moment,
and please give me the dates & times for each one.
In case the appt. time you are requesting is already taken,
what other days/times are you generally available to come in
so that I can email you back with some other possibilities?
7) How many lessons would you ideally like to try to fit in before the wedding?
8) What date would you like to start the lessons?
9) What date do you need to be finished by?
10) What are the dimensions of your dance floor (if you know it already)?
11) How did you find my website? Please list the specific search engine and keywords you used,
or the specific wedding directory you saw me listed in,
or if referred by friends of yours, please let me know who they were. Thanks!

STEP #2: PLEASE WAIT FOR A REPLY FROM ME TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION.
Once I receive your request for a reservation,
I will check my book and email you back (same day) with an answer.
If the appointment time you requested is still available, I will tell you I have reserved it for you.
If the appointment time you requested has already been taken,
we can keep looking until we find you something.
I always check my email several times per day, so if you do not get a same day reply,
that most likely means that something happened to your email in transit.
I have noticed that this mostly occurs to people sending emails from Hotmail accounts.
Make sure you check your Spam folder in case my reply got routed there.
In case you do not hear back from me by the next day,
please try resending the email or you can call me. To make payment, you can bring cash or check with you to the appoinment, or if you would like to use a credit card, that can be done here on the website (see below).

STEP#3: Make sure you receive the FORM LETTER FOR NEW CLIENTS.
I will email this to you after we confirm your reservation.
It will contain all the necessary details, including address w/ directions,
music info, what to wear, what to bring, etc.
If you do not receive this email, please let me know, and I will make sure you get it.

STEP #4: Please remember that you will need to give 48 HOURS advance notice if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment.
Once we have confirmed your appointment and I have put you in my book, there is a cancellation policy in effect which requires 48 hours prior notice if you're cancelling.

To make payment on a reservation you have confirmed, please click on the applicable button below:

Appointments are 50 minutes each in length.

1 appointment for $80

2 appointments for $160

3 appointments for $240

4 appointments for
$320

5 appointments for $375(SAVE $25!)

10 appointments for $700 (SAVE $100!)

 If you are considering signing up for one of the discounted packages (i.e. a set of 5 -or- a set of 10 lessons) but are not sure you'll want to until after you come in for the first lesson and see how it goes, then you can just sign up for one dance lesson for now (@ $80), and then at the end of that first dance lesson you can then decide whether or not to go with a package. If you wind up deciding you want a package at the end of the first lesson, then I can pro-rate the cost of the single dance lesson ($80) into the discounted package for you. Please note that I only give the discount for "pre-paid" packages, so if you wind up taking a bunch of single lessons as you go, there is no discount at the end, sorry!

IMPORTANT NOTES

*If you're looking for a very specific date and time for an appointment, then please do not make payment until you have received notification from me that I have confirmed that particular appointment for you. Otherwise, it may wind up not being available (I teach all the lessons myself, so if another client has already booked me for that time, then I can't book anyone else in that spot). However ,if you know you can be very flexible with your time, then it's OK if you want to make a payment before scheduling the appointment.

*Once you have scheduled an appointment for a dance lesson,
you will need to give 48 hour prior notice in the event of cancellation,
otherwise you will be financially responsible for the appointment.
If you give 48 hours notice, you will be able to reschedule for a later date at no extra cost.
