The Court of Appeal judgement was issued today.

This judgement has potentially very significant implications for anyone who made objections to Leeds City Council against the original application by T-mobile for a determination order.

We will be seeking to contact these members of our community to ensure that they are aware that the judgement would appear to open the door for an action against Leeds City Council.

If you are one of those objectors and you consider that the erection and operation of this mast has or will materially disadvantage you, for example by reduction in the value of your property or by giving you concerns over your health and that of your family AND these concerns were raised in your initial letter of objection, then please read this judgement carefully, and contact us.
