What does Doug think about Euphonic Audio? Check out Doug's own comments:

I do a show every year for 40,000 people. There are many bands there. The first time I did it several years ago I showed up with my little stack and the sound crew came up to me and told me I could just use the Ampeg stack that was already on stage. They literally laughed at my "little guys." I told them that if it is all the same to them I would rather use my rig. They told me that I would not be able to hear and they had no in-ear monitors. So I hooked up the little guys and we did a soundcheck. I got swarmed by the monitor guys and the mains guys. "What in the heck are those bass cabs, they asked?" I told them they are Euphonic Audio - made by some Princeton University Physics Professors! They said, "dude we don't even have you in the mains and there is plenty of bass!" Needless to say I am proud of my little guys. I'm not saying that there are no other great sounding bass cabinets. I think Nick Epifani makes a fine cabinet too. But the Euphonic Audio cabinets yield the best tone, and throw up a wall of sound that is unmatched by much larger cabinets. It is literally shocking what these things can do.

Miscellaneous Stuff:

- Ultimate Support guitar stands

- Huge callus on right thumb

- Monster Cables for bass *

- Whirlwind Hot Box (best direct box I've used)

* I tried Planet Waves cables from D'Addario but they were damaging the input jacks on by basses. They appear to create stress on the "springy" part of the jack on the inside. For fully enclosed jacks, the only fix is total replacement of the jack. Spend the extra dollars and get Monster Cables. It's cheaper than repairing your basses. I had to have four repaired.
