I happened to catch Nightline Tuesday night. And Mr. Ted Kopple was interviewing a young man who happened to be 16 when his crime was commited. This child was sentenced to die. Remember this is a child! Where in the world do they send children to their Death in the justice system??? Well let me tell you only in a communist country, And I’m not sure if all communist do this. This child had very little hope of being saved from this harsh punishment from the beginning, Because the system that society put in place has really never held the lawyers who are appointed to help these poor men, women, and children in their fight for a fair trail in this country. should be held accountable for they’re deliberate indifference of a fair trail for their clients. And that is something we need to start doing, when you look into the world of indigent, uneducated to the laws, Maybe high school level if they’re lucky and don’t know anything about how the system works, So these poor subjects just sit in that courtroom and let the attorney that is suppose to be representing you and making sure that you get the best defense at the most minimal pay possible. But in the end of it all, When it’s to late and the poor soul is convicted & sentenced to die you find out this so -called defender of justice only went through the motions enough to give the illusion that he did everything possible to save that persons life. This so-called lawyer never attempted to ask an expert the simplistic of questions, or How much time did this dumptruck lawyer take investigating this case? We don’t know, Why? because we don’t have the knowledge. And these lawyers know this. So 95% of people on Death Row awaiting Death sometimes for crimes they never commited...But these men, women, and children sit and await a fate that is like playing the lotto. Now lets understand that the prosecution has a job to do to further their careers that’s why they are so good at misleading the jury’s so well. Almost all of the times presenting part of the truth, But not the WHOLE truth, or just leaving out what evidence to show that you are innocent of this act you’re being accused of. And that is where our so-called appointed lawyers are to come in, and to our surprise, Well it’s not a surprise to know that the same court that’s paying them is the same court that will be paying them when your gone, And it’s just another poor soul about to be placed in the care of a lawyer that really don’t give a damn about how it all turns out I would like for you to understand that these public defenders are not vigorously fighting for our life, this has all turned repetitious to him. These lawyers are only bamboozling us, Giving us the perception that he is doing the best thing for us even though the evidence tells him to investigate these possibilities that may help you, All the while trying to tell this dumptruck to go an check this person out, Which is someone that can say“hey I saw your client at this place about the time of the crime“ And your dumptruck ass lawyer tells you I can‘t find this person or your lawyer tells you this person has a criminal record they would only hurt you. And you think to yourself you ain‘t doing to good your damn self! But you sit there and accept what he says because you think he‘s here to help, all along you‘re being placed on a shelf like a trophy gathering the dust of injustice, By the State of California. And you find out later on down the line that the prosecution just used 3 or 4 people with criminal records, and got paid to testify. You then try an figure out why your dumptruck ass lawyer let the prosecution use individuals with criminal records??? And he tells the appeals court it wouldn‘t have fit into his defense strategy, And then you think to yourself“fool what startegy“!(smile) Confronting the courts will never change the fact that the buck starts with your defense dumptrucks who are paid very little money to defend the minority inside the wheels of this so-call justice system because the system still believes that it works for everyone equally... Well if you believe that then you must be what we call sucked into hypocrisy. Don‘t be ashamed everyone has been bamboozled once in our lives,But you don‘t have to be. Stand up and challenge the system, challenge the defense lawyers for not doing their jobs the first time around. Challenge your Politician who you are going to vote for in this so-called Democratic arena this November. Then the victims of these crimes won‘t have to wait 15 or 20 years for there justice they seek for this“Closure“. they long for. But until society takes that step to hold the defense lawyers accountable for not doing their jobs they are sworned to do, Find the truth and present all evidence!! And the prosecution is just as deceptive. That is practiced so often, Just to get a conviction. Regardless of innocence! You know someone told me one day that I was to abrasive when I speak about how the system treated me, You sound so angry! Well how am I suppose to act??? I’ve been kidnapped and placed inside of these walls waiting for the wheels of injustice to turn full circle in order to prove my injustice for 10 years 9 months 27 days. So should I be jumping for joy because I’m forced to live out my Amerikkan dream waking up everyday awaiting my murder???Well I don’t feel I’m to abrasive, I think I’m only speaking what is in my heart, And how a human soul can become tainted by the physical destruction of poor people, And the mental abuses that is practiced in these plantations. Gate keepers of hell on earth. The Struggle will never die!!! ONE LOVE
