CONTRACT INFORMATION

This Page Has Been Established To Help You Understand What Will Be Expected Of You In Purchasing A Kitten From MeowLineum And What You Can Expect From Us.  We Take The Placement Of Our Kittens Very Seriously In That You Will Be Making A Long Term Commitment To A Cat, And We Will Be Making An Equally Long Term Commitment To You.  Please Read Carefully.

This Overview Should Give You Some Idea Of The Basics Of Our Contract:

*  All Kittens Must Be Isolated For The First 72 Hours.

*  The Buyer Has 72 Hours To Return The Kitten At The Sellers Expense.

*  All Sales Are Final After 72 Hours Of Receipt Of The Cat / Kitten.

*  Any Professional Care Provided Is The Responsibility Of The Buyer.

*  Should Said Kitten Become Ill And Die, A Licensed Veterinarian Report And Autopsy Report, Proving That Congenital Or Hereditary Abnormality And Cause Of Death Will Be Required Before Any Replacement Will Be Considered.

*  Breeder Liability Will Be Limited To The Original Purchase Value And To The Original Purchaser Of The Said Cat / Kitten.

*  Breeder Liability Will Be Limited To One (1) Year (12 Months) From The Date Of Purchase.

*  No Money Will Be Refunded, Nor Will Expenses Be Reimbursed.

*  Breeder Will Provide The Buyer With A Complete Medical History On The Cat / Kitten They Intend To Purchase.

*  Breeder Will Provide The Purchaser With A Cat / Kitten Free From Internal And External Parasites that is FIV and FeLV Free At The Time Of Purchase.

*  Buyer MUST Have FIV And FeLV Testing Done Within The First 72 Hours (Isolation Period) For Warranty To Be Valid.

*  Buyer Understands That This Web Page Is Not All-Inclusive Of The Details Contained In The Final Contract, And Must Review The Final Contract Separate And Apart From This Summary.

The Nature Of This Contract, And Statements Offered Here, Shall Be For Future Interpretation That:  

MeowLineum Cattery Shall Provide The Purchaser With A Parasite Free FIV / FeLV  Free Cat Or Kitten With Specific Testing And Isolation Required For And Within A 72 Hour Period.  Said Cat / Kitten Shall Be Deemed Solid After Such Time And Testing, All Sales Become Final, And Refunds Shall Be Strictly Limited.  Beyond Such Time, And Until 1 Year From Purchase, MeowLineum Will Extend Their Liability Only To Genetic Defects Professionally Documented.  Such Shall Be The Whole Of The Agreement And Changes Must Be Agreed To In Writing Or Shall Be Deemed Not To Exist.  ~MeowLineum Cattery~
