This is my Grandma and Papaw. They like to work in their yard. Their specialty is growing pretty roses.

I was born with a rare hereditary skin disorder called epidermolysis bullosa. We call it EB for short. My skin blisters easily with the slightest friction or pressure and tears very easily. I had to stay in the hospital for 1 month after I was born so that my mom and dad could learn to take care of my wounds and bandage me. Actually I did much better after coming home. Mommy and Daddy did better than the nurses and doctors in the hospital. I used to scream and holler and kick during the bandage change for the whole time and now I just do it when it hurts, or when I think it will hurt.
