Bill Champlin joined the group in time to record tracks on Chicago 16. Bill is an accomplished solo singer and songwriter, and has written songs for Earth Wind and Fire and other groups. Bill also wrote songs for and performed in his band, The Sons of Champlin.

Bill's projects with Chicago have brought him much success, as it has been his work that has made it to the top most often. Bill has sung "Look Away", "Chasin' the Wind", "I Don't Wanna Live Without Your Love", and more.

Bill is a very talented performer, and Chicago is lucky to have him!
