There are 58 BLOSSOMS color families. The first two digits of each color number gives the family (e.g. 01). The last digit gives the shade within the color family -- the higher the number, the darker the shade (e.g. 019 is darker than 014).

Gumnut Yarns threads are completely hand-dyed in small lots using only natural unbleached wools, mohair, and silks. Colors are reproduced as accurately as possible, but due to the nature of hand-dying there may be slight variations between lots.
