Meet your Web site companions, my Himalayan cat, Firkin, and my Maltese dogs, Oliver and Elliott. Elliott has just joined us at Tales, and will weigh between 3 and 3 1/2 pounds full grown. Oliver is 7 lbs, and lets Elliott roll all over him! They are the best of friends, and now Firkin can finally have some peace! (Pictures of my three sons to be added soon!)
I first learned to knit in April of 1997, while still in Law School. I've already joined a Knitting Guild, created an afghan exchange, started designing patterns, and acquired enough yarn, books, and patterns to keep me busy for years and years! My goal is to try and make up for all the years knitting was not a part of my life, and share the resources and knowledge I acquire with all of you!

Or go see my Scrapbook, chock full of pictures of knitted items by me and my friends, along with their personal notes on knitting those items. Be sure to visit the The Knitlist Gallery to see the pictures of items made from patterns distributed on the Knitlist, an on-line group of knitters!
Soon to be added: THE ANIMAL HOUSE, a gallery of photos of my animals, and their friends. I would love to include your fur babies' pictures as well, so please e-mail me with their picture, or write me for my address, so your babies can also be international stars!
