Please, read about WHO LOVES ME? before you read the poem

This poem was written at a time when I was hurting physically and was very weary. Many things were still going on in my life. SOUND FAMILAR? I am sure you can understand what suffering is about, waiting, and at times wondering if God moved away.

For me, this poem is about my faith~ That wonderful gift of Faith given me by our LORD. No matter what may be happening in my life, as a child, a teen, a sister, a daughter, a young married woman, a mother, a nurse, the bread winner, the survivor...an on....and on...and on....

No matter what challenge; I ALWAYS knew GOD was there. That didn't mean I could always feel His presence or even see His work. I trusted that His promises are true and indeed they are!

At this low point I asked Jesus Christ to carry me .Often I have carried the Footprints plaque with me... and holding it gave me strength. It reminded me of His promise to never leave me. NEVER!

I end this poem with a prayer asking for Jesus to carry me. I simply said THANKYOU... because I knew I could count on Him to answer my prayer. I want you to know He did carry me; as He has at times throughout my life~ Just as He has in yours.

I pray you hear the hope, the promise of God, the assurance of HIS presense, the gift of FAITH and the love I have of our
AWESOME GOD! He will carry you whenever you need!

Even if your too low to ask Him!
