The following is a list of songs that D Generation have played / written at some point, both originals and covers, but which have not appeared on any of the band's official releases. However, a fair number of them do exist on bootleg recordings (info on those tapes can be found in the Unauthorized Recordings section of the discography). These are all of the ones that I am aware of. If anyone can add to the information here, please do so.

Dropping Out - This song showed up in the band's set list in 1995 when they were between their first and second albums, and Jesse did introduce this song on stage at least once during that time as "the title track to our next album." However, it apparently did not make the final cut for that record, which ended up being called "No Lunch". This song was also the namesake of the band's Fall, 1995 tour, which was called the "Dropping Out Tour: 1995". Recordings of this song can be found on the Toronto - 10/11/95 and Baltimore, MD - 12/29/95 bootleg tapes.

Every Mistake Imaginable - This was another song that appeared between albums in the Fall of 1995 and was written about E.M.I. (hence the title) which is the parent company of their former label, Chrysallis Records. When asked why it was not recorded for "No Lunch", Jesse said that "while we wish those guys [at E.M.I.] the worst, we wanted to go into the studio with a positive attitude and...[this song] was just sour grapes." The only known copy of this song is on the Baltimore, MD - 12/29/95 bootleg.

Helter Skelter - This one has been done at various times throughout the band's career as part of their live set. No known recordings of it exist, however.

Kill the Poor - This is an old song by the Dead Kennedys, which was the show closer for the band's Halloween 1997 show at Coney Island High in New York (a bootleg of which is available).

Never Gonna Marry - This song showed up in the band's live set in the summer of 1997, but unlike most of the new songs the band was playing at that time, it will not be appearing on the next album, "Through the Darkness" nor has it appeared on any of the band's other recent releases, such as the "Prohibition" 7-incher, which is a shame because I think its a great song. The only known recorded copy is available on the Potchester, NY - 6/06/97 bootleg.

?: The title and origin of this song is currently unknown. I have never heard the band play it live, but it was done during the soundcheck for their 12/29/95 show in Baltimore, MD which was recorded by someone, but the quality isn't so hot (not as good as that of the recording of the actual show itself) and I can't figure out what it is.
