The purpose of this website is to provide those interested in the work of Douglas H. Ingram, M.D., with information relevant to his professional background and affiliations.

Dr. Ingram's practice in psychiatry was initiated in 1972 in New York City. Treatment modalities currently include psychotherapy (supportive and psychoanalytic), counseling, psychopharmacology, and couples and family therapy. The predominant modalities in which Dr. Ingram specializes are psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychodynamic psychiatry. He does not participate on any managed care panels. Office hours are by appointment.
