Tears and Raindrops

Falling, falling from the sky…
Heavens' tears when storms are nigh.
Sudden clouds of darkest gray…
Foreboding storms doth pass our way.
A flash of light, may strike at will…
Trial and anguish, the world is still.
Moments ago, my life was bright…
Why did it have to change tonight?
Time moves on, yet some may know
The daily struggle, the world of woe.
A heavenly friend, who hears our cry…
Beyond the shadows, where angels fly.
The flowers bloom, the earth is fresh…
When heaven and nature truly mesh.
How wondrous is our fragile life…
Too soon, we know of death and strife.
A place of brightness, a second birth…
Where spirits dwell that leave the earth.
Tears and raindrops, some peace to gain…
Till we unite and joy remains.
