Well hello there!!!! it’s been quite a while I guess you deserve an explanation. Well it all started with work taking back their computer, then I started taking a night class, works been hell and Porter (my dart team captain) decided he was gay and started sleeping with an illegal immigrant named “Jose.” They now have gone into hiding to avoid immigration, all the women at the bar just think it’s so romantic. As a result I haven’t been able to update my page and my dart team has had a pitiful season. But the good news is that I borrowed a laptop from work and I think Porter might break up with Jose. You see Porter has been eyeing another member on my team with a busted ankle. Porter said he wants to be his nurse and give him a sponge bath. The result is that I should be able to update my page and my team might turn it around. Well that all for now and as always....Thanx for all the mail and the ideas, keep them coming! I am quite busy with my one year old, work, school and my own darts so I will update as often as possible. Well until the next update.....
Good Darting
Don
P.S.
All the items above are true! except for anything to do with Porter. He is a heterosexual and finds women very pleasing. :)

Well, I have gotten a lot of responses to this page and I will do my best to answer all my e-mail. Anything I think someone might like to know, I post to the MAIL BAG . Go check it out. It has normal dart players talking about tournaments, places to play, and asking for help from you.
Well more great ideas and tips!
A hint that I got quite a few years ago and it was helpful, was to buy a practice board. Tough to shoot but when you get in a match that double 16 looks a lot bigger. Bye for now,
Spunker
(a pratice board is dart board where the tripples and doubles are 1/2 the size)
I gotta agree with a practice board. By playing on a practice board it forces you to become more accurate and will help you to win more games.
One reason for playing darts is that it is the only “sport” and I use that term lightly, you can play while smoking and drinking. It takes no athletic ability all it requires is one good arm and vision. Unfortunately there are a lot of people that go way over board when it comes to the alcohol. It is important to remember although you don’t have to be in great shape you do have to have your wits about you. Keep the drinking to a minimum and win more games that simple.
Another great tips is don’t kick stuff! God I am so sick of ass holes kicking chairs, tables, me etc. just cause they lost a game.

I have been playing for 6 years
now and I am currently playing for Reardon's Pub & Restaurant in Revere,
MA. Our team has had some difficulties over the last year or two and have
moved from Super A to A. Last season was for the most part uneventful.
We made the playoffs, barely, but didn't make it past the first round.
We all blame Porter our captain. :) Just kidding.... Our new team motto
is "We'll Get You Next Year." Pretty soon we hope to move down
to Super Z and win the states. Gotta get that patch. Until Later

If you know of anymore local or
anywhere in the country send them to:

Please make sure the info you send is accurate. I tried to go
to La Pinatas but it was called Oscar's Pinata and they only had two people
there. My suggestion is if your going to go to one of the LOD's above look
up the number and call first.
Head back up?
Well, I have to admit that I am quite partial to this store. Mainly because my father owns it. But putting all my prejudices aside, it really is a good store. Both my father, who is also a Don, and Barbara, co-owner, are dart players. Dad has been around since the dawn of darts in this area, "Ya way back in the seventies...." in fact he's one of the cofounders of the Minuteman Dart League. They both can offer great advice on any dart topic. Why by stuff from a mall or sporting goods store when you can have professionals help you make the right choice. They truly try to match the dart to you. They also offer silk screening as well. So tomorrow join a team, go to New England Dart Co., buy some darts, and have a bunch of shirts printed for you and your new team mates! They're located at 279 Main St. in Everett, MA and they're listed in the phone book or send them an e-mail NE Dart Co. Look for them on America On Line... their screen name is NEDart65... and remember when you write, call or walk through the door tell them Jr. sent you. :)
NE Dart Co is offering an e-coupon. just e-mail me and ask for it!
