THE REMEDY is in need of a replacement guitarist. The remedy is a cutting edge Christian hard rock band. We have been on the creative edge of modern music consistently and intend to continue. All guitar work is heavy with alternate tunings yet melodic and beautiful. lamming you into a wall one moment, then pulling back like a wave of emotion into melodic bridges or tight breakdowns. this is really a awesome site, good place for musicians like myself to connect with other's in like said field, hey look, I am a guitar player with 25 years of experience, I play all types of music, you pay and I play, lol, had chance to travel across the country with various artist, wrote three albums for national known black group. I also have 21 songs on the market, B M I writer, numerous recording sessions, Sam Cook, Lou Rawls, and Johnny Taylor originated from the group I wrote songs for. ( a big break for me) I'm very professional at what I do, got style and believe in giving the people what they pay for, they come to see you entertain and that's what you should give them, I'm not stuck up on myself and don't have hang up's. Currently writing as trio. Ages 24, 25, and 28 Would like fourth (any age) and possibly fifth person to help round out sound. Our current Bass player sings and plays bass and would like to concentrate on one or the other. Everyone is band has some vocal talent although we probably won't be the next Reo Speedwagon or Queen. We can use a singer, keyboardist, or bass player. Or a multitalent. We are a primarily orginal Hard Rock Pop group. We try to rehearse twice a week but we all have day jobs.Goals are to be a cool local/regional force. We rehearse in Liberty and are wanting to focus on Kansas City, Lawerence and surrounding areas.We want to provide quality original music and entertainment. We are easy going, drug free, and are looking for the same.
