This area of the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica has more hotels, restaurants, and nearby attractions, than any other coastal region of the country.  

Currently, we have about 15 hotels listed, ranging from 6 to 22 rooms, from $275,000. to over several million dollars.  Most have amenities including ocean views, pool, and restaurants. We realize that the details here are minimal, at the request of the sellers.  Many have practical considerations for not wanting their employees to find out that the business is for sale.            But here are a few . . .
