Before and since 1980, The Dream Team was just a group of friends sharing a common passion: RADIO ! Then the Dream Team group was officiallized on June the 6th 1993 when we declared the name and our initials (Delta Tango) to the Authorities.
The purpose of the Dream Team is to gather good DX operators having Humour.
The DREAM TEAM is a non-profit making group.
The official Dream Team DX group was founded by 14DT01 Steve, 14 DT 02 Stéphane, 14 DT 03 Patrick and 14DT04 Sabine. The Dream Team President is now 14DT027 Mr Pierrot.
The Dream Team group organizes many activities in the DX's ground such as activations of "most wanted countries", and does its best for the support and training of new radio operators.
Now in 1998 the Dream Team group have a few hundreds members. Our goal is not to have thousands of members, we want QUALITY and not quantity.
The growth of the group has been delayed because another DT group exists in England. This is very confusing. So we contacted our friends there and we are trying to make a merge of our 2 groups. Infos soon.
The group is looking for serious members who with responsabilities would give their contribution to the group development. If interested, send a message to Dream Team HQ.
The Dream Team group publishes its own magazine called "Bulletin Dream Team" for the internal communication about the activities of the group.
The Dream Team also publishes for its members the monthly "DT DX News", a 4 pages magazine with all the DX activations by any group scheduled to happen during the month.
Our QSL-cards are of a very good quality and cheap. (see some on our QSL-Album)
