The RIAD is essentially governed by a Board of Directors who serve on a voluntary basis. The Board is elected during the association's Biennial Conventions. Currently, the Board of the RIAD consists of a President, Vice-President, a Second Vice-President, a Treasurer, a Recording Secretary, Secretary, a Correspondence Secretary, a Parliamentarian and three At-Large members.
