Clump (the teaser)

Here is the teaser for the upcoming animation Clump. I'm hoping to get it done sometime in this lifetime, but we'll just have to see.

The most common reaction people have to the teaser is "just what the [EXPLETIVE DELETED] was that about?" Well, I deliberately left it ambiguous, (it's meant to tease, ) so you'll just have to wait.

Thbbbbtt.

All right, I will say that while Herman Takes a Dive was deliberately a 3-d 'toon ala Pixar, Clump will be much more "experimental" (aka "alternative" "artsy-fartsy" etc.) I'm not going to grow a goatee (which you all know I can do in about 2 days) put on a beret, black jumpsuit and granny glasses, but this one will be a bit on the dark side.

OK, it's 2006, what the hell happened?

Well, I had a hard drive crash on me sometime around 2003 and wipe out the models I had made already. Which in a way was good, because the ones I've3 re-made are much more detailed.
But there's a lot going on here, so I'm not even done making the models for the opening credits. Yes, that's how detailed this is going to be.

So I try to put a little time aside to model this thing, while I work on other stuff, just to be productive. It'll be done someday, and when it is, you'll drool all over yourself, I promise.
