Welcome my name is Eamonn L'Estrange.

Born in 1957 at Upton Park Hospital in Slough , Buckinghamshire, England.

From a large family 4 sisters, 1 step brother and 1 step sister. My father Patrick (AKA Jim) is 83yrs old this year (Apr 2000) was born in Ardcath Co Meath,Eire, son of George ( d. 27/3/1937 ) and Brigid (d. 29/3/1972). My Great-Grandparents being, The Rev Guy Percival L'Estrange (d. 21/6/1893 ,the youngest son of The Col. Peasley L'Estrange of Moystown,Kings Co.) and Henrietta Maria L'Estrange ( d. 26/7/1901 ).

After a short illness and admitted to Hillingdon Hospital, Dad passed away 28 August 2000. A very emotional and moving funeral service was held 5 Sept 2000.

I grew-up in Denham,Buckinghamshire and attended 1st Cheapside Infant School, Then briefly Old Mill Road Jnr School until the opening of Tilehouse Lane Jnr School, moving onto Alderbourne Sec Mod. At the age of 14 the family moved to Harefield,Middx where I attended John Penrose Sec Mod until leaving at the age of 16. From the age of 13 upto 16yrs 6 mths, I was a member of 2370 (Denham ) Sqn, Air Training Corps, and reached the rank of Sgt.(Were you connected to any of the above.Mail Me )

In 1974 I joined the Royal Air Force and completed 10 yrs Service. ( My RAF pages) .

I have been married and divorced twice , have 3 children the eldest being a son , Phillip Anthoney, from my first to Beverley, (nee. Hartley ). Second was childless, albeit that my wife Jo, (nee Cripps ), gave birth to a boy during our seperation, but within our marriage, and placed him for adoption.

My current relationship to Julie Holloway (8 years) has given first a son Liam Edward Holloway and second a daughter Ashley Jane Holloway.

Since leaving the RAF in 1984 I have enjoyed a varied career covering a multitude of jobs including, Security Guard, Hotel Porter, Administrator N.H.S, Self employment, Barman, Single parent, Salesman, Bus Driver, Coach Driver , Removals HGV Driver, and currently back on coaches at Gatwick Airport.

I have resided in many parts of the U.K since leaving home to join the RAF, whilst serving, Uxbridge Middx, Machrihanish Scotland, Thetford Norfolk,Watton Norfolk, Honington Suffolk. Since leaving the RAF, Doncaster Sth Yorks, Uxbridge Middx, Ealing Middx, West Drayton Middx, Cassop Co. Durham, Radcot Oxon, and have now settled in Crawley West Sussex. My recent job as a Removals Driver put me all over the U.K and I have moved one family to a region of Paris, France. By far the most travelling and enjoyable postion, for 3 yrs, was as a Coach Driver, U.K and European Travel was a all part of the job, most notable was driving the likes of : Arsenal F.C 1st team players and up and coming youth team. Bruce Springstein and the Band from London to Birmingham. Yasmin Le Bon Family and Friends, Most of the entrants of the 1998 Eurovision Song Contest held in Birmingham, and a Europe tour of Holland, Belgum and France of Bran Van 3000

    I have a vast family in Ipswich, Suffolk. Headed by my Uncle Micheal and Aunt Ella, Their sons, Melvin , Jake and daughter Jenny , all have families of their own, many of whom I have had little or no contact. If you are related to me I would like to hear from you....If you are not I would still like to hear from YOU.

My intension is to piece together this family bit by bit...tell me as much as you know, brothers, sisters, mum , dad grand-parents etc......dads brothers the more information dates marriages deaths the better...Anybody contributing will unless asked otherwise will be credited..and all will recieve updated information accordingly..
