What is the Internet Zine Sale?
A long time ago at a con far far away... many media fans found their houses growing too small for their stuff. But we couldn't throw it away. We knew others wanted our stuff. Over time our informal fanzine sale has mutated into the Several Unlimited Orphan Zine Table, and now the Several Unlimited Internet Zine Sale. We handle thousands of items for many media fans. Our houses become zine warehouses, and we lose track of living rooms, kitchens, significant others, and pets. The looseleaf inventory sheets have given way to a computer database, and the convention dealer's table has grown to encompass the internet. But some things remain the same. We do this because we're fans. The informal fannish garage sale still remains at the heart, a fannish garage sale. Because of the time and effort, we can do this only for a short time.
