Speed practice for skating indoor and outdoor competitions. For all levels and abilities (at least half the participants are beginners).

A FEW OF THE DRILLS: 4,3,2,1, burn pace, small circle drills, big circle, intervals, passing practice (late, early, and juke passing) acceleration drills, starts, relays, distance and sprint training, and much, much more. (don't forget the ever popular "inner-tube drill)

DIRECTIONS: Take the 91 Freeway to the 55 Freeway south and exit on Chapman Avenue West. Turn right on the first street past the gas station. The rink will be on your right. The back of the rink is next to the 55 Freeway.  Check out the pictures!
