Please note that the purpose of this questionaire is not to be nosing into your private business, but is used to insure that the welfare of the ferret is in the best intrests of all. This information will not be shared with anyone and all information will remain private.

Basically securely blocking anything that is 1" or bigger that a ferret could squeeze his way into such as holes around pipes under the sink or any where else, under the lip of your cabinets etc....

11. Ferrets need to visit the vet at least once a year for a Canine Distemper (distemper is air born & 100% fatal to ferrets) and Rabies vaccine as well an exam, are you willing to pay $60 or more a year for routine ferret care and more if the ferret becomes ill? Yes No
