Hi there! I see you have found me!
No I'm not Ralph Fiennes, but this
is a page dedicated to him. I'm not
a young female fan taken away
by his 'dashing good looks' and
'sexy accent'. No and I'm not gay
(not that there is anything wrong
with that). I am though a great
admirer of Mr. Ralph Fiennes'
work. In my oppinoun as you
will see if you take the time and
effort to explore this Ralph
Fiennes Utopia, is that Ralph
Fiennes is one of the pre-dominate
male theatrical figures of
the 20th Century.
This page was updated and re-vamped on: April 16, 1998. Please hold in there, I'm working for perfection here.
The new biography is out on Ralph!
Get it if you can, my stores don't
carry it but I have no money at this
time anyway so who cares. Finally
"Oscar and Lucinda" is playing in
some theatres so check it out!
Ralph Fiennes in the course of only about a decade and a half, has proven himself to the acting community and audiences alike what an actor he is. From playing Shakespeare to playing
Amon Goeth, he has proven to be a master at the craft of acting. Due the overwhelming success of
"Schindler's List" Ralph has become one of the prime performers in movies today.
He has won numerous awards: including a Tony for his portrayl of the tormented dane ...Hamlet. He also has been nominated for Best Actor in "The English Patient" (the greatest movie ever made) and Best Supporting Actor in "Schindler's List" (both times deserving), but lost twice to unworthy performances. Even in his more unsuccessful roles such as Lenny Nero in "Strange Days", or as Heathcliff in "Wuthering Heights", or even as Charles Van Doren in "Quiz Show", Fiennes always alters his persona to fit that of the character, producing some of the finest performances film will ever see.

IN THE WORKS AND COMING SOON
Ralph will probably be working until he is dead, but right now he is working vigorously, on many new films. As we now he has been slated for the role of Johnathan Steed in The Avengers by Warner Bros. This site has just begun but they do have a 2 and a half minute trailer for the movie that is really worth the download time!
The Avengers is a British spy series popular in the 60's. I personally have not seen the show but hear that it is very witty and fun. I can't wait for the film to come out. It is in the process of being filmed as we speak. The steller cast includes Ralph Fiennes (but of course), Uma Thurman as Emma Peel, and Sean Connery as an evil meteroligist or something. For more info on this soon to be hit go to Avengers Movie Rumors, The Avengers or Nicole's beautiful Ralph Fiennes Annex which all have more info and some pics not featured at this site.
Can't wait to see Ralph in the theatre again? Well don't worry now in some theatres is playing (another book adaption) "Oscar & Lucinda". I have a small amount of info on this film other than the fact that Ralph Fiennes plays Oscar. Wait though, now you can go to The Official Oscar & Lucinda Webpage.
If you have ever seen any of Ralph Fiennes's films you are sure to have remember his masterful performance. Recently as Count Laszlo de Almásy in the World War II epic masterpiece "The English Patient", Ralph Fiennes displayed one of his greatest perfomances. The grief that Almásy is feeling is so true in Fiennes's performance it is amazing. Vist My English Patient Homepage which has a vast aray of pictures, info, and videos in .avi format.
