What is Love?

How do we find Happiness?

Peace, Is it a calming feeling or is it a stillness in your soul, or maybe it is just a warmth in your heart.

Love, Is it when two souls meet, or is it a longing deep in your soul, or maybe it is a Passion like no other in the world.

Happiness, Is it catching that rainbow, or being together with the one you love, or maybe it is watching a sunset with a friend.

"A contented feeling of security"

To have that feeling of contentment we must have Peace in our souls, love in our hearts, and a certain amount of happiness.

Listen, do you hear it? do you hear the birds singing, do you hear the water running down the mountain ever so gently.

Come lets take a journey, sit back, relax, open your mind, open your heart.

Do you feel the stillness,

Do you feel the peace within

Do you feel the love deep inside of your very soul

Come on I know you can do it. Lets watch the sunset together!

Just relax listen to the music, feel the calmness as you watch the water ripple.

Listen to the sound of your heart pounding...now take a deep breath, breathe it in.

Now slowly let it out... Now think of something that makes you feel at Peace.

Think of something that makes you feel happy.

Think of someone you love.

Are you still trying to catch that rainbow?

Are you aiming to high?

Just be content to touch a few sunbeams along your path,

Just let life's journey gently guide you down the path ,ever so slowly.

Are you on top of the Mountain?

The Mountain top is very high. Climbing, climbing, climbing to reach the top.

Just remember when you are climbing, "Take it slow, enjoy the climb, enjoy the view"

Don't try to climb over your neighbor......Just let them pass you.

Take it slow.....enjoy a few sunbeams along your path.

Enjoy listening to the sounds of life around you.

Stop and smell the roses.

Are you in the Valley?

The Valley is so peaceful....so quiet.....Enjoy the silence.

Sometimes we must rest in the Valley. But oh what peace we feel.

If we would just be still long enough, Peace will come in the Valley.

Most of our lives we have been searching for God on the Mountain Top, while he is in the valley waiting to give us rest.
