Caitlin Marie Chase
The Baron's Bride
Wax Magic

Susannah Hoffman got to play the martyr in two episodes: the newlywed Caitlin in "The Baron's Bride" came to a tragic end while trying to defend Micki from a time traveling Vampire. In "Wax Magic" Marie Chase was kept alive by a cursed handkerchief used by her husband and came to her end by sacrificing herself so no one else would die for her.

Check out how they made Susannah melt in An Insider's Guide Making "Wax Magic."

Susannah was in the X-FILES episode "Chinga" (episode # 5.10) 2/8/1998 written by Stephen King and Chris Carter which was REMARKABLY similiar to the Friday the 13th premiere episode "The Inheritance." The blurb for "Chinga" is: "RESIDENTS OF A SEACOAST TOWN IN MAINE ARE TERRORIZED BY A LITTLE GIRL AND HER DOLL." The Doll looks the same as the doll in "The Inheritance." The little girl in "Chinga" is named Polly, the actress who plays the little girl in "The Inheritance" is Sarah Polley. And a character is attacked by phonograph records in both episodes. Definitely an X-Files hommage to Friday the 13th: The Series. Read the CHINGA episode guide from the official site.

Susannah also starred in the sequel to Anne of Green Gables, "Anne of Avonlea" as Anne's nemisis Jen Pringle. There is another sequel coming titled Anne of Green Gables: The Continuing Story, no word on whether Jen will make a return.
