Greer believes that government/military acquisition of advanced ET technology from crash sites at Roswell, New Mexico, in 1947, and Kingman, Arizona in 1948, led to extremely deep cover reverse-engineering research and development operations on recovered alien vehicles; not just advanced power sources and drive systems , but communications systems vastly superior to our own. A great deal of work was focused on these communications assets which are now being used towards aiding the deception of the public through disinformation programs. "Actual ET events are lost amid the mounting hoaxed and simulated cases," Greer says. "The technological resources available to the covert projects involve reverse-engineered ET technology; operational craft, non-linear communications capabilities, and cloned entities. It is not hard to see that extraordinary resources have been used to maintain the secrecy of the subject."

By mixing some elements of the truth with disinformation, false information and events become more believable to those being targeted. By staging false UFO abductions, and simulating phony, but believable alien encounters using back-engineered technologies, real ET events are obstructed from the general public's knowledge. The civilian research community is not only thrown off by pursuit of false cases, it is, at the same time, discredited. Covert initiated 'abductions' are used to throw off civilian UFO efforts, as well as to avert attention from the mainstream scientific community and the major media. "It is a master stroke of disinformation," Steven Greer states, "which the civilian community swallows hook, line, and sinker."

In the first two part of this series you met Abductees Miss D and Alice, and Derrel Sims. What do they think?

"I remembered, under hypnosis, one abduction seeing a man in a military uniform, but I'm not sure he was one of ours," Miss D said. "That abduction took place in 1992. I also remember an abduction as a young teenager when there was a older man in what appeared to be a military uniform. That would have been in 1950-51. These came out in regression. I have no clear knowledge of them."

Derrel Sims served with the CIA during the Vietnam war. He knows the Intelligence side of things. "In my opinion, there is a non-human element in the abduction scenarios that have been active since the 1800s, and maybe longer. Of late, there is another element, a human component some claim are conducting 'military abductions'. I agree there may be a very real human element.

We all know that the alien presence can cause a person to believe that some things are true, that aren't true, that are not really present in the event. I.E.: Why should two, or more burly guys in uniform with M-16 automatic weapons, abduct a female in her nightclothes? Why all the armament, when ether or even harsh words would be effective? Or could this be 'Them' disguised as human military; just another screen memory? And why would the military leave such 'calling cards' as uniforms and M-16A1 assault rifles? Of course if I were an element of the Intelligence community I would cover my tracks by using a military uniform and weapons. It's actually an old technique. So the human captors may be non-military," Sims explains.

"There are a host of beings out there, "Sims believes, "a lot more than just the Grays. They are just subcontractors for somebody else. They're so dense they can't even get your clothes back on right. Even Budd Hopkins ( Author of Intruders and Missing Time.) is referencing this point now," Sims said.

Multi-abduction experiencer Alice states, "Abduction is a world wide problem, not just occurring in the United States. I can't believe that our 'Military' is carrying out abductions world wide. But I do believe that many abductions in the U.S. are being carried out by covert groups as part of the overall cover-up for some secret authority."

"I give credit where I believe it's due," Dr. Roger Leir said. "Steven Greer has done a fine job with what he is doing. He moves in circles that afford him an opportunity to not only convey information to higher places, but is also able to glean certain bits of information in return. That does not mean I agree with everything he has to say, and think. I am more knowledgeable about the abduction phenomenon than he is. I truly believe that some of his close encounters with ships and beings have actually been abductions."

Leir believes that crash debris does exist, and even that reverse engineering is taking place. Indeed, he and Sims were given a piece of alleged debris from the 1947 Roswell crash, which is undergoing a battery of scientific analyses. "I do believe we have extended knowledge, perhaps some far beyond our comprehension. But, this does not mean we have mastered advanced alien technology. Our species is young, comparatively speaking, and no matter how advanced we have become, we most probably could not comprehend the advanced scientific developments of a far older species. Alien abduction does occur," Roger Leir avows. "It is a world-wide phenomenon, and I believe there is a genetic project going on that is effecting the development of the human race as we speak."

On the one hand, Steven Greer and CSETI have over 150 witnesses lined up who have worked in covert projects, and are willing to testify before a Congressional committee, or in a public forum on national TV that disinformation, and the real facts about the UFO/Abduction phenomena are being covered up.

On the other, Dr. Roger Leir and Derrel Sims, Alice, Miss D, and other implant donors are seeking to prove scientifically that Abductions and UFOs are very real, along with thousands that have given testimony about their personal abductions to experts like Steven Greer, Dr. John Mack of Harvard, and Budd Hopkins, and Whitley Strieber to be shared, studied, and analyzed.

Think what you will. Derrel Sims closes with this thought: "I don't think attacking each other's ideas will get us anywhere. Its going to take all of us to find the answers to why they are here, what they want, and why they are so secretive."
