Wildlife Sanctuaries

We're fortunate to have several wildlife sanctuaries and rehabilators nearby.  Thus far, we've visited two:  Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge near Eureka Springs, Arkansas, and Safari's in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.

Both facilities receive animals from zoos & circuses -- and from families who mistakenly  thought a tiger, lion, or bear would be a wonderful pet...
