Gerard: Web Awards Received

These are awards presented for my various Web pages of visual communications and marketing. The award graphics were starting to slow down the loading of my Resume page so, I created this page to house them. This does not deminish their importance to me and I value these awards as much as other designers. It's nice when efforts are recognized by my peers in Internet Web communications. I am deeply grateful for this recognition. I have minimized the design of this page to basic HTML to speed the loading of these graphics. The graphics are links unless the presenter requested presentation without links, or the presenter has changed servers.

"This is most clearly achieved when a Web site disseminates information that is intended to increase understanding, dispel myth, instruct, encourage, or otherwise edify people in a way that will be likely to augment or enrich the quality of life for some. Such would be done as a public service, altruistically." - Presented by John H. Bickford, Jr., Dept. of Psychology, University of Massachusetts
