My Mystery Great-Great-Great-Aunt

Anna Adelheid Landwehr (born 1788), sister of my great-great-great-grandpa, Hermann Heinrich Landwehr, moved to Manchester, Michigan, with her son (name unknown).  Anna died in or near Manchester in 1875.  If anyone reading this knows anything about them, please contact me!!

The Second Landwer Branch

This starts with the same common ancestor as my direct line.

Henrich Landwer (Lanver, Landtwer), (1699-1779) - married Adelheid Huel (Huehl)

their older son:

Diederich Landwehr - married Venne Wilke

their son:

Bernhard Landwehr - married Helena Brommelkamp

their 6 children:

  1. Fenne Maria - married John Henry Kuhl
  2. Bernhard Landwehr
  3. Herman Landwer - married Margaretha Listhartke
  4. Johann H. Landwehr
  5. Garret Henry (J. Henry) Landwer - married Fannie Adeline Listhartke

Herman & Garret Henry (J. Henry) came to Barrington, Illinois. Margaretha & her husband Mr. Renau, along with the widowed John Henry Kuhl & his 2 children moved to Manchester, Michigan.  Also going to Manchester was my mystery 3x-great aunt (see above).  Unfortunately I know nothing more about the folks who went to Manchester - but I would love to!!
