This 40 hour per week outpatient position's duties include diagnosis, medical evaluations, psychopharmacology, and working with multi-disciplinary team members. You will see a combination of Child, Adolescent, and Adult patients.
The position also includes an opportunity to teach and interact with residents and medical students and if desired an opportunity to work in the Psychiatric Emergency Department, do some inpatient work, or have a small private practice.

Position immediately available for BC/BQ adult Psychiatrist to join this very progressive PACT (Programs in Assertive Community Treatment) team.
PACT provides comprehensive, integrated rehabilitation, treatment and support services to those individuals who are most challenged by coping with their serious and persistent mental illness. PACT services, are delivered by a mobile multi-disciplinary team which addresses the consumer need for mental health care, housing, food, and adjunctive treatment.
You will be associated with a large private, non-profit mental and behavioral health services organization. The organization provides full continuum of mental health and substance abuse treatment services from 13 locations throughout the county.
In addition to working with the PACT team, you will have an opportunity to work in one of the outpatient mental health offices.
This is a forty hour per week position. A very competitive financial package is offered which includes salary, family health care, life insurance, 4 weeks of vacation, 1 week of CME with stipend, paid malpractice, and relocation expenses.
Each Psychiatrist in the organization is required to take call for the Emergency Psychiatric Department and the inpatient unit on a rotating basis which is now 1 in 8. You will receive additional compensation for your call time.
