Welcome to my new page! It's going to be about promoting rockabilly bands old and new with an emphasis on discovering new talent and rediscovering old talent.
It really bothers me that there are so many talented artists out there who may remain unheard because they don't have the big bucks it takes to get that publicity out. There are so many FREE things on the web but maybe you don't know where to find them because you're too busy MAKING MUSIC! Maybe you are in a band that is a "weekender"-- you have a day job that pays the rent but puts you nowhere near a computer or maybe you were retired and are making a comeback, and trying to find out what's out there. Or, maybe you're a deejay who wants to get the word out about your rockabilly show, a promoter who's got a show coming up, a zine editor wanting some rockabilly input, a club-owner wanting to book the hottest new rockabilly bands... This page will be for anyone who wants to network and learn using the newest upcoming technology available- the internet!! As a member you can post your promotions to others with similar interests on my new interactive mailing list and calendar. You can also join if your interests in rockabilly span the globe. The web is the billboard of the 50's so take a ride down the highway and merge the old music with the new milennium here!

I'll tell you right out front, I won't bother you with spam or sell your name, BOPLICITY is FREE and I'm just a sincere webmaster/fan who loves music and wants to help promote rockabilly. I guess I mays well take this time to say that I am doing what I'm doing here is in the spirit of music preservation and I have no interest in religious, political, and racial differences. I'm not making any dinero here so if anyone wants to send me teeshirts or even a postcard, hey, I'm a sucker for presents, who isn't? Like Elvis said, "Treat me Nice!" Like my mama said, "What goes around, comes around..."
In fact, in all honesty, those who SEND ME CDS OR DEMOS will receive EXTRA attention because I will give you a profile page at In addition, all of these pages are listed in all kinds of search engines including so your visibility on the web is really out there much more than you might realize. Also, send me a band pic or two (or tell me where online I can "grab" it).

If you've been here before, you may notice I've REVAMPED THIS PAGE again! I just added a BRONZE Book for promoters, deejays, publishers, webmasters, all the "invisible" behind the scene bopsters that get the music heard.
Due to an overwhelming response and a need to streamline all these forms, I have decided to change my format here a bit. The new procedure for participating in free BOPLICITY is as follows.
