Goeffro says, "As a matter of fact, I just joined Voln. Nine out of ten members of my house, the Phoenix, I hear are members of Voln. It's not easy, especially at my age, starting in Voln. I'm having a really hard time advancing in it, but I think it's really all just about releasing the poor souls from their curse. I'm not as worried, as many are, about getting rich and powerful over night. Because I'll tell you what: It's not going to happened, to me, to you, or to anyone else. Sure one may be super rich from an inheritance, but true power must be earned!

You exclaim, "So true!"

Goeffro chuckles.

Goeffro says, "My wisdom is not very high, but one wises up fast if they want to survive in the frontier lands of Elanthia. Sure, Wehnimer is big and getting bigger all the time, but when a town has to rely on volunteer citizens to stop invasions, it can by no means be called a civilized city. Anyway, though, in answer to your question... Yes I'm a proud new member of the Voln Society, and actually look forward to the long struggle towards mastery. I'll just take it as it comes. There's no reason to rush. Haste makes waste. I'm thoroughly enjoying my younger years."

Goeffro rubs his chin thoughtfully.

Goeffro says, "The thing I like about Voln is that it's not some secret club that has something to hide from it's members and the general population. In fact, I'm encouraged to tell others about it and what it's all about. It's as simple as it sounds. Voln is a society dedicated to freeing the undead from their curse of being undead. Now, that all sounds like a bunch of malarky, I know, but if you became undead I'm sure you'd sure appreciate somebody relieving you of that pain and misery. And don't laugh either, it could be your fate to become a cursed undead. It's kind of like you are there, but some unknown force is controlling your body.... your dried up, dead, cold body.... and you are attacking old friends that you used to hunt with and you can't stop attacking them... and they are hunting you, and don't even recognize you as their old friend.... but if you are a member of Voln you will free their soul to rise, rather than just killing them and sending their soul to some demon's hell."

You exclaim, "Wow, I never thought about it like that before!"

Goeffro chuckles.

Goeffro says, "I'm no fanatic about it or anything, because I'm not a holy man, but I think it's a good society and I'm glad I joined. If I ever become undead I hope somebody frees me."

You say, "Me too, me I mean... I hope somebody frees me."

Goeffro giggles.

Goeffro says, "I know what you meant"

Goeffro asks, "So... you got anymore questions?"

Goeffro wrinkles his nose and smiles at you.
