This page of the Gogebic County Sheriff Department WEB Site is dedicated to providing local citizens with area resources. This includes but is not limited to area Crisis Centers, phone listings for various Departments and Agencies and links to those local agencies having a WEB presence. Some of the same links found on this page will also be listed on our links page, but we wanted to provide this page as a quick resource where our citizens can refer to.

The DOVE Shelter is based in Ironwood MI and the staff there
is dedicated to aiding the victims of Domestic Abuse which is a serious problem and
of great concern to Law Enforcement. Kim, the WEB Master at DOVE who recently created
this WEB site advised me that they plan to expand greatly on this site in the near
future. Please show your support to the dedicated staff of DOVE by visiting their
WEB site and remember to always report any case of Domestic Violence... It is a crime
and the victims need to be protected from the abusers...
